Is there one single thing that is the worst thing you can do for anxiety. To create anxiety, to experience

anxiety. No. But I have a whole bunch of stuff that contribute to anxiety. So I'll take them one at a time as the habits, the habits

that make anxiety and make it worse.

Procrastination, which is also known as avoidance. That's what procrastinate. Why do I procrastinate

because you're trying to avoid what you need to do, experience, see, feel, whatever. You're avoiding.

That's what procrastination is. If I do this and fail, I'll look bad, so I'm going to find ways to

just avoid my ultimate fear, which is looking like crap and having people mad at me and

failing and the rest of that. So avoiding tasks for anxiety increases anxiety.

Sleep deprivation.

Lack of quality sleep makes it much harder to manage your emotional state and your stress.

It triggers anxiety.
