0:36.6	Been married 24 years and essentially my husband checks all the boxes, verbal abuse, emotional
0:44.0	abuse, financial threatening, and now he was arrested for domestic violence.
0:49.1	He has refused help in counseling over the years.
0:52.7	He also was a chronic drunk driver, which puts us at risk financially.
0:58.0	And everyone I've spoken to, whether it be divorce groups, pastors, best friends, sister,
1:03.0	et cetera, et cetera, over the years, trying to counsel myself because he refuses counseling,
1:09.0	their jaws are completely on the ground and everyone's like, oh, I'd be out of there in a second. I'd be out of there in a second. Here's where you'll probably pummel me and I hope so because this is what I really need is a light bulb moment. Where I'm stuck, I'm been a stay-at-home mother. I'm in the process of going back to work as we are twins are now in college.
