Welcome to another midweek Bible study.

I'm Pastor Brian.

One of the pastors on staff here.

And so just excited to be able to serve in the absence of our senior pastor, Pastor Gary,

as he's still in transition with the Israel trip with the 450 that went with him.

And so this night we're going to continue.

You get, you know, the privilege of having a part two with me from last week, if you were

here, as we were talking in the book of Colossians.

Okay.

But last week, I actually started with a story about a married couple. You remember that?

So if you were here, so I'm going to tell another story. Same couple, right? This married couple.

The husband, you know, goes to his doctrine and says, Doc, I think my wife is experiencing hearing loss.

I think it's some problems,, and he said, listen,

here's a couple things you can do. He said, want you, you know, choose some areas of the

house in relative proximity to where she is to kind of do a test to see if she can hear you.

So he gets home, you know, you know, the night of, and he opens the door and says, okay,

maybe I'll test it right now, right? So he opens the door and says, hey, honey, what's for dinner?

Here's nothing.

So he walks down the hallway a little bit.

You know, she's in the living room area because he could sort of see her off the distance

there.
