Tonight, let me just encourage you that if you haven't gotten the services from last night

and this morning to please get them because all of

this fits together and last night I was countering the concept that God just

controls everything and that nothing happens but what God allows in your life.

In my estimation, that is the greatest faith killer in the body of Christ.

It just renders you powerless. One of the cardinal laws in

scripture is James 4.7 that says submit yourselves therefore unto God,

resist the devil and he will flee from you.

In other words, you need to recognize some things are good, some things are bad, some things

are of God, some things are of the devil, and unless you resist, and the word resist means to actively fight against,

then the devil won't flee from you. He's not going to flee from God. There is no

contest directly between God and the devil. They've already meant Jesus won over. But now

Satan is coming against us with lies and deceptions and you have to resist him and you will be rendered

powerless if you think well this must be God's will or it couldn't happen and

that's basically what the religious realm is teaching because it's a cop-out.

It takes away all responsibility from you.

You can go be carnal all you want to, do whatever, and whatever happens it must be God's will.

If people die, if marriages fall apart, if businesses fail, if things never work out, if you

never do succeed, if you live your life as a failure you can say well
