The understanding about God can open you up to receive from God.

In fact, how you perceive God will affect how and what you will

receive from Him. I'm going to share with you seven things about God that relates specifically to you

as a Christian, seven names of God that reveal his nature, his name, and what he wants

to do in your life. This will build your faith to receive from the Lord in the way that you

probably have not experienced before. Prepare your heart right now to receive this exhortation message and also revelation about who God is.

To lay the foundation, what I want to start with is this.

How you perceive God will affect what you will receive from God. Matthew 25, 24 talks about a man who received one talent and when he came back to his master,

he said, Lord, I knew you to be a hard man.

And his master responded back and says, you know, if I was such a hard man, why did you not give your talent away

or put it in the bank? Interestingly, two other men said that you were a good master and we worked

with those talents you gave us and we produced more talents. But one man had a view of his master

that was so negative, was so chronically limiting him,

that he wasn't able to function in his full capacity to use what he was given because of his view of his master.

I wonder how many people today have a view of God that is hindering and restricting them from using what God is giving them
