Let's dive into this episode. What does it mean to be a Christian? A Christian's life summarized in three words.

And these three words will be sit, walk and stand. Now if you

have read the book by Watchman Knee on sit, stand and walk, this will also go along with that book

and I would highly recommend you to check that book out. We have it in the description below. In Psalm 1-1,

it says, Blessed is the man who walks not in the consul of the ungodly nor stands in the path of sinners,

nor sits in the seed of the scornful. So David tells us in the old covenant, don't stand,

don't walk and don't sit. It's like, what do we do then? Now in the book of

Ephesians, which is like the book of that describes what it means to be a Christian, what it means

to be a born-again Christian, Paul tells us three things we can do. He talks about sitting,

he talks about standing, and he talks about walking. So what does it mean to

be a Christian? Who are Christians? Christians are those who sit, Christians are those who walk,

and Christians are those who stand. Now you may think, oh yeah, I know Christians are the ones

who sit in church and they want

the ones that are standing during the church service for worship or prayer and they walk around

and they preach the gospel. Actually, book of Ephesians goes a little bit deeper than that.

The first thing, what it means to be a Christian,

is to sit. Sitting speaks of the believer's position in Christ currently seated with Him in the heavenly places.

Now believers, they identify with Jesus. They don't identify with their sexuality, they don't identify even with their gender, they don't identify with their wealth.

They identify with Christ.

They identify with Jesus because Jesus died for them, because Jesus was buried.
