And that means that we are recording this between the wolves, 22 point loss at home to Detroit on Saturday and before their game in Dallas this

evening, which I think I was thinking about it. I think this means if the NBA season is 10 chapters

long, we are right in between chapter nine and chapter 10 of the season as of this morning.

Chapter nine was this sort of six game stretch without Anthony

Edwards that we are going to look back on, obviously, in today's episode. And then chapter 10

starts this evening, assuming Ant returns tonight against Dallas. There are eight games to go,

which happens to be exactly how many games it needs to play to be eligible for all NBA and

the other end of season

awards. I've got Wolves beat writer, Jace Frederick, here with me from the St. Paul Pioneer Press.

And Jace, if you're just ready to jump right in, let's start by looking back at what happened

in these six games without Ant over the last two weeks. And then we'll look ahead to the final

two weeks of the regular season, ahead to the final two weeks of the

regular season which has these final eight games in it the six games without Ant the Wolves

go four and two and in that time they had the number one ranked defense in the NBA over the

last two weeks and the number 28 ranked offense so So what is kind of those numbers?
