They had to play after learning that Jaden McDaniels is going to be out for an extended period

of time i want to talk about kind of what replacing jaden will look like in his absence here but

talking to the real story of last night maybe the real story of the last month for this team it's

it's iodosumu who also came back for missing a couple of games last night with a sore calf.

Dissou started the game in place of McDaniels, who was and will be out.

And Dussumu played 33 minutes, scored 18 points, had 15 rebounds and 12 assists.

I know it was against a, you know, a tanking Dallas team, but I think all of us, I don't know,

I watching that game put Iowa in a higher level now. It's, it confirms some of my optimistic

viewpoints on, on I.O. And I think for even some people who were slower to adapt,

if you watched that game last night,

I think you believe in more and more of a ceiling from I.O.

And it wasn't just last night.

Last seven games, Desumu was averaging 17 points,

eight and a half rebounds, six assists,

shooting 56% from two point range,

and 53% from three point range.
