How to make money in the stock market. I'm not going to be giving you specific stocks because

that wouldn't be fair because the time you hear this information could be old, right?

But I want to give you some theories on why things are happening the way they're happening.

What could be expected in the future and also just a general understanding of

what's happening in terms of the world in general economically,

post pandemic, some countries coming out of it, others not so much.

So let me just start with a very interesting development in game stop.

So for those of you who follow game stop pretty closely, you probably heard that

the company is decided to do what's called a secondary stock offering.

A secondary stock offering means that the company is already public,

it shares already trade on the exchanges, right?

And now they want to issue more shares to raise more money for the company.

An initial public stock offering means that the company's private and this is the initial,

meaning the first time they go in public, first time they selling shares. So a secondary stock

offering means it's already public and now they're issuing additional shares.
