Welcome to another episode of Natalia Benson, the podcast.

The deepest transparency, your girl is very tired today.

We're on day one of the moon and I am just in full rest mode and I use an app called Stardust which I

really really like and one thing about Stardust not only has it helped me just really begin to live

in such a deep uh for lack of a better word, flow with my cycle because I add it to my

calendar. But in addition, I'm just learning so much about how to be respectful of my cycle.

And today is one of those days where I had a lot planned and instead I'm working

from home on the couch, recording this intro and just really going to rest. And I feel very,

very grateful for that. But one thing that the Stardust app has helped me with is actually being in that space of reflection

on the first day of my cycle. So I'm going to do some journaling here in a bit of just what have I

learned looking over my calendar from the last month because actually a month ago, I started my cycle the day we moved

into this house. So just really sitting with myself and looking at what's been going well,

where I've had challenges, what's come up over this last cycle. So I share that really just,

if that's helpful for you. And I want to say a huge thank you because you babes received the organization episode in such a beautiful way.
