Welcome to another episode of Natalia Benson, the podcast.

Thank you so much for tuning in, my angels.

It is beautiful to be with you and I'm very, very excited about today's topic. And this is something very close to

my heart and something that I have been exploring in just my own journey with money. And it's really

around saving and spending. And from teaching inside of

MWMM, Magical Women and Money membership over the years, there's one thing that I've really

witnessed about what I like to call financial paradigms. And it's the idea that we usually sit on one side

of a financial paradigm. We either see ourselves or experience ourselves with money or we are more

prone to the saving side where we want to hold.

We're just naturally adept at saving and holding money.

Or we're more on that spender side, where we are more adept or it feels more natural to us

to spend.

And what happens so often is we tend to see one of these as good or bad, right or wrong.
