0:51.8	episode on anger, and that was actually several months ago that we
0:55.1	recorded it. And now we're doing a second one on anger. And it's a really interesting time to do it for me,
1:00.0	because in AOA, we're kind of in the middle, middle to late AOA. And after that feel over figure
1:07.5	week, a lot of stuff started coming up in some of the groups and some of the partners and even among us and some of our like circles. And there's just so much coming up around
1:16.4	anger, repressed anger, sideways anger, projections of anger, projections of repressed sideways anger,
1:22.6	anger at the anger, shame spirals. All of these things are happening. It's all beautiful and juicy.
1:27.3	And many of us are just
1:29.3	still in it to some extent. I definitely am. And so this is something that I really want to come back to
1:36.2	and do another episode on anger to follow up the previous one that we recorded, which will have
1:41.2	been released just before this one by the time this comes out. Yeah. What I notice in like the conversations that are happening on Circle is that a large
1:49.3	portion of it is like it's around the technical part of anger. It's not like I think the last
1:54.4	podcast we did, I just listened to it knowing that we wanted to do anger again. And the last podcast that we did was
2:02.2	just more on the theoretical. And this feels like it's more like what I'm seeing everybody
2:08.1	talk about on Circle is just about the technicalities of anger. And so to me, that feels like a
