I've recently heard the term Wim Hof, and wondered what is a Wim Hof expedition?

Sounds interesting.

When I heard about it, it was related to a hike a friend of mine had taken over in the

Czech Republic.

Today we have with us my friend Danielle to share with us, not just her

experience of her Wim Hof in the Czech Republic, but just going to tell us a

little bit about what a Wim Hof is. Educate me a little bit on this.
