Summary

Klein.Ally.Show on KROQ is more than just a "dynamic, irreverent morning radio show that mixes humor, pop culture, and unpredictable conversation with a heavy dose of realness." (but thanks for that quote anyway). Hosted by Klein, Ally, and a cast of weirdos (both on the team and from their audience), the show is known for its raw, offbeat style, offering a mix of sarcastic banter, candid interviews, and an unfiltered take on everything from culture to the chaos of everyday life. With a loyal, engaged fanbase and an addiction for pushing boundaries, the show delivers the perfect blend of humor and insight, all while keeping things fun, fresh, and sometimes a little bit illegal.

resolution first either by choice or accidentally will sadly have to do something that will be embarrassing, painful, or both. If you remember, a few years ago, we did this, Jake was forced to write his journal, and then he went to a concert every day at a journal, and one day he completely forgot to journal. And this one I didn't forget. I did it after midnight, which is a BS rule. And so Jake lost, and as a result, he had to wrap his own car with a picture of himself and his underwear. Yeah, with his dog, too. Then last year, I was forced to lose a pound a week, which I was able to do for a while, and then I finally couldn't anymore. Which I was amazed you lasted as long as you did. Me too, and it didn't seem to matter because I ended up getting my nipple pierced and jumping into a freezing cold lake at Big Bear.

That was my painful

and frosting the tips of my hair. So I had triple punishment for some stupid reason. But some

of these resolutions have been lasting for people. Jake still keeps the journal. I was doing

hot yoga for a very long time. I've kind of fell on off now. But I think a lot of people, it has helped in a certain way. And if you're a listener and you would like some help as well, we can spin the wheel for you. We've been giving listeners some forced resolutions too because sometimes people go, I should probably do something, but I just don't know what I want to do. I don't know how to improve myself.

Yeah, or they all sound, like in theory, a lot of them sound like a lot of work.
