Ted has overcome an enormous tragedy in life. He was 19 when his brother murdered, and later on another sibling committed suicide. Nevertheless, these catastrophes made him stronger and led him to create a legendary life. He became a personal trainer at 22 years old, and is currently pursuing his passion of helping people make body transformation, and put lifestyle into that peak state!
