Happy Friday. You've made it to the weekend. Almost. Now, before you start letting loose and

celebrating the end of a hard-earned week, I want you to keep this in mind.

What makes you sick is too much of what you don't need.

Alcohol, processed food, sugar, tobacco, negative people, digital stimulation.

And not enough of what you do need, nutrition, exercise, sleep, and emotional connection.
