Deputy Editor and I will be your host today. We've got a great show on for you. We'll start

with the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, who has announced his budget this week. He promised to cut taxes by the end of this Parliament,

but also promised a lot more government spending. We'll be asking if Rishi's sums add up.

Next, COVID. COVID cases have been on the rise alarmingly for quite a few weeks,

and yet recent data suggests they may be

tailing off. I'll ask Tim Spector if there's good news on the horizon. After that we'll

be discussing terrorism and psychosis. Rod Liddle and Peter Hitchens will have a mental

debate. Then COP 26 the big big climate change summit, which starts

this weekend in Glasgow. We'll be asking if these major events ever actually achieve anything,

or is it all hot air? And finally, Facebook. Is the widespread call for online safety really a bid to stifle free speech?

I'll be talking to the New York Times' media columnist Ben Smith and the equally notorious journalist

Glenn Greenwald, who's based in Brazil.
