0:28.2	Today we're going to take a deep dive into our roadmap for creating wealth, our wealth roadmap.
0:39.9	Now, we believe that doing the right actions consistently over the long term is a huge driver in wealth outcomes for individuals. But what are those steps and how can you track your progress? That's what the G dad's for. That's where the G. Papa Funk comes in.

0:57.7	It's just a good name. I just not used to it yet. You've been saying it for five years. You've figured I to get used to it by now. And everybody out there, wealth building, what I've learned
1:02.4	over the last decade or so, it's really a mindset. What Jake and I really want to really discuss
1:07.8	on this is we think rich people, they sell assets, wealthy people hold assets.
1:13.1	We're all about the 100 year brand.
1:14.7	It's all about long-term thinking, long-term planning.
1:17.7	That's the first thing I think we should discuss when you're trying to create wealth.
1:21.4	It's all about that mindset.
1:22.9	It's all about what you want to do.
1:24.1	What is the end in mind?
1:25.4	That's why with Jake and Gino, we discussed investing in
1:28.2	decades. You're buying an asset. Look for it in decades. Where is it going to be 10 years from now?
1:32.9	It's going to be in the right market. Are you going to be happy with owning it in 10 years from now?
1:37.1	Because what we've seen, when we bought our first asset, what we call NOI net operating income over the last decade, it has exploded. It has created wealth for us.
1:46.0	And in one of these steps, we're going to be discussing tax situations on top of that.
1:49.6	So the first step is really produce a UW2 job or business to earn and save money.
