So you have to have a plan and the plan is get up every morning have the same routine and go from there and you know and I don't say you stick with the same routine john forever and ever I change my depending on what's happening I've got a seven year old daughter my my day starts at 4 30 in the morning because I need my my space in the morning before she wakes up so you know it that will change from time to time I'm okay with that 4 30 get up workout at 5 6 am I'm getting her breakfast lunch

and you're dressed at 7 you know that type of thing I love morning routines and Sean it does not surprise me that kind of guys well I mean fire nation when you wake up and you win the morning and you really know what you're going to do how are you going to do it you do the right things like I go through my mental process of this morning

you know I got up I immediately had a weight workout with my trainer then I did my red light therapy then I did my 12 minutes of yoga then I did my rebounder then I did my back stretching to make sure my back stays in good shape and took my dog for a 3 mile walk to be out in the sun and the fresh air and I do all of these things every single day

so by the way let me throw in my 5 minute cold plunge at 47 degrees like that does it go in the morning Sean I don't know what does no I've got a I've got a cold plunge myself no kidding so yeah absolutely I'm big on that big on

a Wim Hof breathing totally you know all that stuff I mean a proud moment for me as a dad is when my daughter two weeks ago I ask her what happened at school she says well turn her hurt

himself I said oh I'm sorry she says no it's okay I showed him how to breathe you with better adorable I love that victory so

lanes and tax deeds but I also learned how to set up a private retirement I also learned how to do multi-family

I also learned that if somebody's in this situation you can do that you know all these different things and so that's how
