It's Tim and Julie Harris, And this is your favorite daily real estate

coaching and training podcast. And today's topic is the millionaire myth why everything agents

think about wealth is wrong. And this is another podcast that was inspired by all of you with

questions. And I have to say, this is one of, um, this is one of the topics that nobody likes to talk about. There's a taboo when it comes to talk about money. There's a taboo when it comes to talk about building wealth. There's a taboo and it, all these things. You guys know this. I don't have to tell you. Now everyone will talk about making more money and everyone will talk about, you know, generating more transactions and the rest of it. But you guys ever notice That's how actually talk about becoming rich where your money works for you. You no longer work for your money. When was the last time you had a conversation with a real estate agent, not an investor, but a real estate agent about how they're living off passive income? When is the last time you had a conversation with your spouse about making it to the building enough wealth to the point

where you can live off passive income. And I'm here to tell you that the reason that those,

that a lot of people don't have those conversations is because inadvertently they discovered

one of the biggest truisms about real estate. Relatively speaking, it's easy to generate

revenue. But most definitely it's hard to have net income because enough net income that moves the needle for you long term financially because no one teaches how to do it. And no one teaches you how to do it not just because you're in the real estate business, but because in life in general, for some reason, this is not something people really focus on. And here, I'll prove it to you. Building wealth long, if you guys want to really drill down on the building wealth aspects, I'll give you a little, some breadcrumbs to follow. Just read any book by Warren Buffett or Charlie Munger. There you go. I just summarized it for you. And invest in Vanguard index funds primarily. And if you can

only choose one, vest in V-O-O-O-O-V-O-O-V-O-Ectin, which is, if I remember correctly, it's a S&P fund of the top 100 companies in the S&P. It might be 500. I don't know. But that's it. I just sold you. That's pretty much what you want to do. And then when you get to us, when you are,

you know, at a certain age, if you want to remove all risk from your portfolio and don't want to worry about the undulations in the stock market, then you can move it over to treasuries. You can move it over to municipal bonds that are tax free and all the rest of it. But what I just shared with you guys is an investment advice

because I'm not here to give you investment advice. What I'm sharing with you is that there's a very

clear and easy to understand path forward for you to build a passive income. And I would be remiss in
