So one of my first memories of watching anime,

happened when I was in grade school, probably second or third grade maybe.

I was sleeping over at a friend's house and she had this really cool older sister who was in middle

school. So duh, we wanted to be a part of everything

she was doing and she didn't want anything to do with us. We were staying up late

as is the law for sleepovers and we snuck into the living room where my friend's sister was watching

Tunami, which at the time was kind of like Cartoon Network's version of late night TV.

Now Tunami was really the place to go if you wanted to watch anime before they were streaming.
