Summary

Growing up in a two-family apartment building, Nikki began to experience strange occurrences shortly after moving in. It started with the sensation of being watched, but things took a terrifying turn when she came face-to-face with a tall, shadowy figure in her hallway. Despite her fear, Nikki was the only one in the family who consistently saw this ghostly presence. The shadow would appear in various places around the house, often lingering, watching, but never interacting. Then, years later, Nikki’s daughter captured the same shadow on camera, validating the haunting experience.

0:28.2	Hi, this is Nikki from St. Louis calling again. I wanted to call back and try to tell the story
0:33.9	over again because I left some parts out, So if he can just disregard that first one.
0:39.3	So I was 15 and we moved into a two-family apartment building.
0:46.3	And we had been moving around St. Louis for a while.
0:52.3	But anyway, we moved into this two-family apartment building, and my grandmother, uncle, and aunt
1:01.5	lived upstairs on the second floor, and we moved underneath them.
1:05.2	And the first day was really, really rough.
1:08.7	We had been moving stuff all day, but I couldn't sleep because I felt like someone was watching me.
1:16.6	I told my mom, and she said it's just a new place, so that's probably why you feel that way.
1:24.7	But for weeks after that, I continued to feel nervous like someone was watching me.
1:32.4	And I guess it was about three weeks after we moved in. Me and my mom and my younger sister were
1:38.5	standing in the hallway, just discussing what we had to do that day or where we were going,
1:47.7	when I felt somebody behind me,
1:49.7	and I felt like that was my older sister.
1:57.5	And so I turned around, and I was face-to-face with this tall, black, shadowy figure.
2:02.1	And I screamed like I've never screamed before.
2:04.7	And my mom, and it took off.
2:06.9	It ran into the law and just disappeared.
2:12.7	And I'm a sensitive, and I've seen things before, but nothing ever like this.
