| 0:38.3 | when it came to actually doing these strikes, but a lot of other people that have been generally supportive of the president have not been willing to give him that room. |
| 0:45.5 | But the question all comes down right now to this question about a particular island. In fact, this little island right here, which seems fairly insignificant. |

| 1:00.4 | In fact, let's go over some of the stats so you can see what this island is. |
| 1:03.2 | It's about approximately 20 kilometers, roughly one third the size of Manhattan. |
| 1:08.0 | It's a coral outcrop about eight kilometers long and four to five kilometers wide. |
| 1:12.4 | It has a population around 8,000 people. I mean, some say it goes all the way up to 20,000, |
| 1:17.8 | depending on how many residents, workers, and soldiers might be there at any given time. But |
| 1:21.0 | overall, not a ton of people. As far as oil exports, though, that's where we really get into |
| 1:26.0 | the crux of this, because it handles roughly 90% of Iran's crude oil experts. |
| 1:33.3 | The daily export throughput capacity is significant. |
| 1:37.3 | Loading capacity of up to 7 million barrels per day. |
| 1:41.4 | And recently, it's about 1.36 to or excuse me, 1.3 to 0.6 barrels per day. |
| 1:47.6 | And the annual oil volume processed approximately 950 million barrels per year based on a typical export level. |
| 1:57.4 | And the storage capacity is around 30 to 31 million barrels and recent inventories |
