all the overwhelm and the second guessing that we often feel around making,

sharing, and selling our art. So last week, we talked about the curiosity phase, and that's the

exciting moment when something new sparks. But then what happens after that? What happens is we're

super excited to start, usually, right? So we're painting in a rush

or we're just like have all this energy around what it is that we're doing or what we're creating.

There's this excitement. There's this really positive energy that we have going into the studio or

working on the canvas. And we get part way through and we

start to lose focus now that could be on an individual painting for some people for some people

that's on a series of paintings you might get four or five paintings in or two or three paintings in

and you start to lose focus.

And that's when the second guessing starts.

It's resistance.
