I'm just going to sit here and learn what you guys throw my way. It should be a lot of fun. Yeah, this audio thing's a little new to me. So we'll hang on and let me make some notes. Go ahead, JJ. Thank you, John. John, how's your summer been so far? Summer's been awesome. You know what? The time off when you first get to the, I don't know, the first week or two once the season is over and you're feeling the loss and you're still angry, I guess, about how things went down.

And, you know, but we had fades and you get outside. I've been outside a ton I've been hiking I've been paddle boarding I've been uh been having a great time so yeah you know

what I got a pretty good tan going right now and that that'll be gone by probably about Halloween

and then you get all pasty again being inside but yeah you feel good, look good, and just trying to, you know,

get these last few weeks out of the way, and then we'll get going here. So, you know, we talk to the

players about how everyone kind of internalizes playoff disappointments differently. What's it like

for, you know, guys who are technically in the front office like yourself?

It's hard. And you know what? I think over the course of, I mean, gosh, I mean, if I go back to,

you know, my time in Hershey, you know, there was a time in my first three years were the Bears

where we were out in the first round and we didn't make the playoffs at all in the next two years. So I was starting my fourth year in Hershey and I didn't really have a lot of

postseason success to call. And then Bruce Boudreau showed up in 2005. The Capitol's affiliation

started then and then all we did was play to June four times out of five. And, you know,
