I am here with Tarek Al-Bashir, our Capitals Insiders.

The Caps season now is just a couple of weeks away from training camp and Media Day getting going.

Players are starting to trickle in.

Tarek's been out at Kettler a couple of times talking to

players and then a guy who knows the franchise is good or better than anyone. Mike Vogel is our special

guest today and you guys have been out. I know Tariq has. I assume you've been out there as guys

are starting to trickle back in now. It's starting to get that feeling again of hockey season is right around the corner.

Yeah, I haven't been over yet.

I just got back from the wilds of Maine, which was a much-needed getaway.

But, yeah, I'm looking forward to getting back and talking to a couple guys.

And it's actually, it's two weeks from today, we'll be in the air and headed to South Florida for the rookie tournament, which for me is the actual beginning of the grind

that starts a new every year right after Labor Day, so looking forward to that.

Not that Bogues needs an excuse to take vacation, but I think you're the only guy who

made it to every single game, preseason, regular

season and playoffs and every practice.

Yeah.

It's a grind with a capital G.

I mean, it's a lot.

It's a lot, but it's a liver of love, too.
