Let's discuss the number one vitamin deficiency behind tired eyes.

0:26.4

Now you may automatically think it's your computer screen which

0:29.8

is possibly true, but there's also a vitamin deficiency behind tired eyes.

0:35.2

This deficiency can also create strain eyes. It could actually make your eyes

0:41.4

sensitive to light. It can cause a burning feeling in your eyes. Make your eyes

0:47.0

very irritated. Feeling like there's little sand particles in the eye when

0:51.5

there's not. It can make your eyes water. Now I had this problem when I was in my

like 20s. I wish I would have known what it was because it was driving

1:32.6

layer. Well, can you take a guess what this deficiency is? If you guessed vitamin

1:37.9

B2, you are correct. If you're deficient in B2, you also may feel like your throat

1:47.9

is sore or experienced cracking in your lips, especially in the corners and

1:52.6

even a red tongue. Now in past videos, I talked about cracked corners of the

1:58.2

mouth being a vitamin B3 deficiency and the B2 deficiency because vitamin B2

2:05.1

actually helps vitamin B3 convert from triptophan into the active form of B3.

2:11.0

So both of these vitamins could be involved and also vitamin B2 allows for the

2:18.4

conversion of vitamin B6 from the inactive form to the active form. So if you know
