In the 1990s, there was a club in West Hollywood that was synonymous with cool.

20-something actors and musicians flocked to the tiny live music venue that was the beating heart of Sunset Strip.

A young Hollywood bad boy opened up the club in 1993

because he wanted a place to hang out
