So welcome to our rosary meditation.

I'm so blessed this evening to be gathered with a group of friends to pray the rosary.

So let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for, especially for the healing of Olivia and Margo through the intercession of

Now we are traveling toward Pentecost, and we want to open up our souls to receive all

the power of the Holy Spirit, but that which blocks us are the

seven deadly sins. We want to get rid of them. We have to understand them in the way they affect

our lives first. So today we meditate on the deadly sin or the vice of anger. Now anger by itself is just an emotion. It's a natural feeling.

It's a feeling that prompts us to correct some evil. But for most of us, the anger that's meant to

correct some evil normally ends up instead destroying some good. Anger is meant to be constructive. It's meant to give us the

energy to fix problems. But the vice of anger is the sin whereby our anger causes us to create

more problems. Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it be your name, thy kingdom come, thy will be done

on earth as it is in heaven.

Give us this day our daily bread, and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who

trespass against us, and lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
