You teach innovation and I know part of what goes with innovation is failure and that

you have to fail to innovate because it's an iterative process.

We have raised a generation of kids.

It seems that are afraid of failing.

If there's a group of people coming up through school who are working very hard, afraid of

failure, afraid of looking bad, all the things, and I think that's probably, you could say

that for a lot of young kids, but it's a very high performing young generation we have

for the past probably 20 or 30 years.

Then they hit the real world and I've experienced this first hand and for the first time in their

lives, things aren't going according to plan, their parents can't really fix it.
