Today's 10 minute walk is helping you keep your fitness promise and adds another link to your growing fitness chain.

And as we begin walking, I actually need to just take a quick drink of water. I don't know if I would call it a fitness promise,

a health promise, which I started earlier this year and that is to drink more water

and I have a specific amount, that water bottle, fill that up three times over the course of a day and drink all that.

This podcast is for education and entertainment purposes only. I realized earlier this year that I just wasn't drinking enough. And I need to be intentional about that as much as I'm intentional about fitness. And so I carry this water
