Bill Cosby's attorney, Andrew Wyatt, says his client and Judge Brett Kavanaugh are both

victims of what Wyatt called a sex war that is going on in Washington today.

Cosby was sentenced to prison this week as a violent sexual predator.

Kavanaugh, a Supreme Court nominee, is categorically denying claims of attempted rape

and other charges while he was in prep school and college decades ago.

The incident is unique in Supreme Court history, and Kavanaugh has broken the traditional

silence of potential court

members on Fox TV seated next to his wife. He said this about his behavior at Georgetown prep school.

Yes, there were parties, and the drinking age was 18, and yes, the seniors were legal and had beer there.

And yes, people might have had too many beers on occasion.

And people generally in high school, I think all of us have probably done things we look back on in high school

and regret or cringe a bit.

But that's not what we're talking about.

We're talking about an allegation of sexual assault.

I've never sexually assaulted anyone.

I did not have sexual intercourse or anything close to sexual intercourse in high school or for many years

thereafter. Now, he will be appearing before the Judiciary Committee of the United States Senate

and all the Republican members of that committee are men. So, Majority Leader Mitch McConnell,

has hired Rachel Mitchell,

a prosecutor from Arizona, to question both Kavanaugh and his first accuser, Dr. Christine Blasey
