Okay, we are going to go live today and we're going to have a really special guest in studio to actually debrief some behind the scenes insider information about the Los Angeles fires. So we're going to have Paul Ibarra in studio today.

He is a retired fire captain who has spent 38 years doing firefighting and 34 of those years

he has served in the city of Los Angeles fire department. So he's going to

actually be in studio with us just here in a few minutes, talking about his opinion, his experience,

what's going on behind the scenes as he sees it in Los Angeles with the fires that are raging,

how the fire departments respond to them. Is there mismanagement? What's the deal with leadership?
