Last week, authorities released the probable cause affidavit for the arrest of Brian

Colberger in the Idaho quadruple homicides. We offered our own reactions to it in an episode

we released last week. But just as we did in our coverage of the PCA in the Richard Allen case,

we decided to reach out to experts in this field to get their perspectives.

In this episode, we will be talking with a veteran defense attorney with many years of experience

handling extremely serious cases, including murder cases. You will likely recognize his voice,

as we also interviewed him about the Delphi case. Since he is still very actively practicing law,

we are not mentioning his name, but we independently verified his identity and his level of experience.
