Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

0:27.9

to know what's real and what's BS.

0:30.7

On Biteback, my goal is to help listeners create a pleasurable relationship with food,

0:35.3

their body, and themselves, which in my opinion is the

0:38.6

fundamental secret to good health. Listen to bite back wherever you get your podcasts.

Welcome to Tuesday's episode. I just did something a little bit crazy. Spur the moment, I decided to sign up for an online fitness program because I need to start doing something. I am considering signing up. So I already have my yoga membership, which is great. I love doing a hot yoga class. And I was considering signing up

1:12.5

for CrossFit. There's a really nice CrossFit gym in Guelph. And I've been speaking with some people

1:19.0

that work there. And they were even saying that there's a spot, there's a couple spots in the gym

1:23.7

where you can bring your child and they can either play or watch you do your workouts.

1:30.9

And I was like, that is so good because I really want to get to a workout class where my husband

1:37.2

and I can both go at the same time. So it can be something that we can do together. And it would be

1:43.0

lovely if we could bring Milo. I think Milo would love to watch

1:47.1

a CrossFit class, I imagine. Anyways, they also do some kids things, which would be super fun for him.

1:53.7

But anyways, I was like, I want something to do during the day, just quick classes. So I listen to the toast and Claudia does these classes called Soto method.

2:05.1

So I checked out her website and I was just spur of the moment, just like signed up. So I'm going to

2:10.4

start it today. There's this one little section that's like if you're new to Soto method,

2:15.4

do these three days in a row. So I'm going to start that and I'm

2:19.5

going to film it and I'm going to make it a whole thing because if I don't start working out,

2:24.2

my body is going to disintegrate. Every day I wake up with a sore back. I think it has a lot to

2:29.0

do with how I sleep, but it's also probably a weak core or weak glutes for sure it's weak glutes like my butt
