in uh not that this is a group or therapy but uh i want to kind of reset before we start um

layer maybe i could actually start with you uh yeah just checking in how are you doing? How are you feeling?

You know, it's kind of a surreal time. As I shared with you, we are moving to Costa Rica.

And so it's making kind of a weird Christmas. And it's interesting.

And again, we don't have to touch into this now, but we are talking about fatherhood, being fathers.

And I did not have a relationship with my father.

He was sort of out of central casting, not awesome.

And he died this week, which I thought was sort of very interesting that these two lines sort of come together with our topic of fatherhood, me being a father, having not had a father,

and then, you know, he passed away this week.
