Welcome back. I'm Rebecca. And I'm Gabe. And we hope you are having a great week.

We sure do. We're excited about conversations today that kind of get back into the marriage discussion. Yes. Which talking about marriage. We always put it back. Hopefully you guys aren't tired of us talking about marriage. We just think marriage is really important if you're married. And today we get Emerson Eggrich, who's just one of the foremost thought leaders on marriage and relationships. And so we're going to get, we'll tell a little bit more about

where that's going to go in a moment. But this was a big weekend. Yes. For marriage in our family.

Yes. Talk about why. So Kennedy and her maid of honor and matron of honor and I went with her

dress shopping, which was so fun. I mean, we had to put the date on the calendar months out because one of

them came in town for it.

But she said yes to the dress. I haven't seen the dress. I'm not going to see the dress until the day of.

Yep. We'll have to do a father-daughter reveal. But what was that like for you? I mean, this is your one daughter getting married. Like, how did it feel sitting there? Like, what's it like? You guys try on trust. Like, she just tries on the dress?

There's appointments at a couple different places in Nashville. So she sent us an invitation with like a really cute invitation to each of us where we had our, where all the appointments were and what time. And then we went to lunch after. And I think what was good for all of us is we went and

going like, there's no pressure. If you don't find the dress, like, hey, we still have a few months.

We can, we can figure this thing out. And so I think it just made it really fun and less stressful,

which I know sometimes it can be super stressful. But we, she got a sense of what she wanted at the

first place because you can try a bunch of

different styles on and you might see something online and until you try it on you don't know

what you love and so I felt like by the time I got to the second place uh she kind of knew exactly

the look she was going for and she just started it started becoming really efficient she would

we would close our eyes every time and it's just you're trying on like 10. Yes. I mean, that's a lot of wedding dresses. I know. And they're so good. Like everyone that we went to, they're just so helpful. They know exactly what to do. They know the emotions behind it. They know, you know, everyone who's there. And it was just so, it was actually such a fun experience. Because by the time, she came out the last few times, it was like, close your eyes, close your eyes. And sometimes she'd put a veil on and by the time she came out the last few times it was like
