1:07.8	crashing as we speak. Coronavirus is killing everyone in the world. But self-storage is recession-proof. It's recession-proof. It's true. It cannot fail. It's impossible. Impossible. I'm sorry. I just got to throw that in it. He knows that's a trigger word for me. So, but I mean, yeah, maybe we could just hit on that real quick. That's a good idea.
1:29.3	Yeah. Since we're talking about it, and I'm sure a lot of people are seeing this today. So before we
1:36.7	really get into into that, because we may have to break this up into two parts, we're going to be
1:41.4	talking about managing the facility and the employees and keeping
1:44.5	accountability and track, which is actually really important, particularly when things may not be
1:49.7	going good in the economy or your way. So I know a lot of people, we just had the worst close
1:57.2	for the stock market since 1987. And we are on track for one of the worst bear markets
2:05.0	ever. And Europe just had their worst close in history ever. So it has just been a massive
2:13.3	slaughter on Wall Street. And, you know, it's amazing how fast things turn. Three weeks ago,
2:22.1	there is not a chance that anybody thought that they were going to be losing tons of money
2:28.1	out of their retirement. They should have been getting ready to short sell. Yeah, exactly. No kidding.
