Good morning, my beloved Darren Daly community.

If you read the compound effect, and by golly, I sure hope that you have. You know that today is my favorite

day of the year here in the United States. It is Thanksgiving Day, where we get together with

loved ones and we share traditions, comfort, food, and companionship. What I love is that there's no

politics, there's no religion attached, There's no mysticism to it or awkward

gift giving pressure associated with this special day. It's just FFF, food, family, and fun.

It's the best. It's also, and most importantly, about what the namesake implies. Thanksgiving.

And this is something that I take very seriously. So there are many places

where I draw my personal motivation, the motivation that I need to carry the light of success,

hope, and abundance around the world, particularly in a world that often is portrayed as dark

and dismal and scary. So whether you know it or not, you are one of my greatest sources of

inspiration. As I make my list of those that I am grateful for on this special holiday,

I want you to know that you are at the very top of that list. You are special to me. You are

part of my daily community, of like-minded leaders and high achievers. You see, it takes you showing up,

staying committed, and staying connected right here to grow, to improve, and to go for better

every day. Because when you do, you become a beacon, a positive influence on all those around you.

Your example causes a ripple effect. Your influence is, it's seen,

it's felt, it's experienced by everybody around you. You positively impact every room that you

walk into, every conversation that you engage in, every person who encounters you. If our vision

is to positively influence the world, then it takes you to make that possible.
