If you look at real estate all over the world right now, prices are in decline and there is

an oversupply in a lot of markets.

However, when you look at the U.S. market, we have to ask ourselves, are we really in the same

I mean, I totally remember as an early investor not even thinking about these kinds of things.

But I do specifically remember certain countries pouring their funds into the US.

Like, you know, I definitely remember Japan, you know, back in the day, buying all kinds of real estate.

I definitely remember them getting into the car manufacturing and, you know, all the stuff was I was a kid.

So, so global does matter.

And so let's, I just wanted before we jump into why we're talking about

this today, I wanted to talk about what the central banks are. Everybody probably knows of the

Fed, right? But most countries have big central banks, European Central Bank, the Bank of England,

the Bank of Japan, you know, and the Swiss

National. So there's all these kind of big banks. And the way to look at it is the Fed kind of is

in the middle and there's a complex web underneath them or around them, I should say. And so what

happens when the U.S. Fed lowers rates?

And all you got to do is look at COVID.

And so this is kind of a rebound from COVID, which is, let's call it COVID of 2020.

You guys probably know the Fed lowered the rates to zero during that period of time.
