| 1:18.4 | you know, so, okay, so they are a public company. All right. And so why bring that up? Because what |

| 1:29.0 | They go out and buy a piece of land and they have two choices. |
| 1:33.0 | Choice one, I'm going to build three models. |
| 1:36.3 | I'm going to sell this out. |
