Muggle Wump of course is the performing monkey who lives in a cage in the garden of the

Twitch and he's got the Rolly Polybird roped in and Muggle Wump said that we're going to turn

both Mr and Mrs Twitch upside down with their legs in the air. I can imagine that would be one of

the funniest things imaginable for a young kid listening to this, it's like six or something.

Don't we retic you less the Rolly Polybird said how can we possibly turn those two

maggotly old monsters upside down? We can, we can create Muggle Wump, we're going to make them

stand on their heads for hours and hours, perhaps forever, let them see what it feels like for a change.
