Summary

At fifteen, alone in Spain and accused of things he never did, he woke one night completely paralyzed—unable to move, unable to scream, watching a jagged, clawed hand reach for his face as a living shadow slid through his window. The room froze. A bodiless voice repeated the same chilling phrase three times: “The twins. The twins. The twins.” Then came months of psychic attacks—soul-pulling sensations, crushing chest pains, and icy forces that stalked him through empty siesta streets. When he finally left his aunt’s home, the attacks stopped. For a while.

One quiet night, his wife woke him, terrified. They both heard footsteps, rattling, breathing. And when they saw the shadow glide across their yard, everything he thought he knew shattered.
