but this year feels like it could be six or seven.

It's ripe for a ranking, so let's have a crack at it.

I think he's had a fantastic season.

I'd love to see him, obviously, take the award, you know, and it says a lot about what's going on at this club and how the team's playing as well as how well Bruno's playing. I just don't think you can give it to a guy on a team that changed manager mid-season. The most important Arsenal player is Declan Rice. actually none of the candidates this year are anywhere near as strong as, say, for example, Salah versus DeBroyna, who both deserved the award, let's be frank. It's a much wider spread, fine, but it's probably a better conversation because when football boils down to this or that, that's where it can get really pinniquity and it can get really actually a bit toxic at times and quite tribalistic whereas this I think a lot of neutrals here can take a look at a lot of

different candidates and go yeah I quite fancy that one so let's have a look shall we
