A prolapse in essence is a change of tissue, and I think as women age, there are quite a lot of

changes to quite a lot of our tissues in our body, whether that be breast changes, abdominal

changes, pelvic floor changes, and it's just another one we need to learn to navigate,

understand, and then have the right things in place to help us. I still don't think we talk
