Okay, all right. So let's just hop right in here as I normally do. All right. I'm I'm I've taken several of your classes. I actually enjoy taking your classes honestly largely. I think it's a bit of a mix back from a standpoint that you kind of have an unfair advantage in terms of location.

I've fallen in love with T is down New Mexico from that standpoint. I would I would enjoy the courses regardless whether or not it was an indoor range or whatever just based on the teachings.

But you add that factor in there and it's almost idyllic. So I gotta say if you if I never told you that before amongst our many conversations, I'm doing you that now.

Well, real quick. I already knew that and I always says because this and in my background being 20 year, 21 year marine mostly in the grunt side of the house a lot of opportunities had a good time.

And in contract about four years being an advisor for Pentagon did a DOD great opportunities going back to what you just kicked off on with the training area and environment.

I haven't been in a structured environment like an institution like military and Marine Corps.

You they teach you all the fundamentals whatnot, but you're in a stagnant environment over and over and over again.

So what I found was until we got off that that flat range and that one master in the basics was as was all about, but to apply those basics and fundamentals.

In a practical sense, you have to you have to talk about the environment you're going to be in.

Whether the mountainous environment or urban environment, dealing on, you know, in a training station, whatever.

I'm not saying you go and just do niche things, but to know that you could perform and you can execute all those fundamentals of basics you do on a flat range.

You have to go to those areas. So having appreciate that my whole time in the Marine Corps and even contracting after 9 or 11 when we would go overseas trained as a stop.

So it was very I was very fortunate to be able to have the resources and abilities with my units to go and establish makeshift range is where we were.

And so we would do the typical flat range to get everyone so we could do our basics, get our timings and all of this stuff.

But then we would make these mock up training venues that allow us to take all the fundamentals and apply them in an environment or how we plan on doing it.

And or develop our tactics. Does that make sense? So I don't teach tactics. I teach fundamentals, but I like to apply those fundamentals and the performance aspect and those environments that you see.

So I know what I love to do. So I'm only going to teach what I want to do.

To do what I love and it's performing those environments and you know as well as I do.

What you do and it control the environment and you are there. It can be a twig or tall grass or just elevation and whatnot.

It's going to throw a variable in there that you're not really ready for. But when you're done, you can come back and address it and figure out how do I perform with these variables coming at me.

Yeah, no, I remember there are a couple. I think it was the wrecky carbine I took and you know, we were running with the bags and came out with a pretty big bag and you're like, all right, cool.

He's like, and I think I think that's a beautiful thing about kind of the way your teacher style is. It's kind of like, you'll give advice, but you're kind of like, you'll learn it. You'll learn it in a real world because you try to closely mirror what's going on based on real world environments.
