| 1:34.4 | but your skeletal muscle makes up roughly 45 to 50% of your lean mass. So that 40% muscle loss, |

| 1:51.9 | who happened to end up on the Epstein list as well recently was on the Megan Kelly show |

| 2:02.2 | mass. And then that myth was perpetuated by a couple other big name doctors and a big Maha leader |
