We'll focus on two new developments that you may have heard the headlines about in the last few days.

One, they're investigating Smith College, the private women's college in Massachusetts.

They're calling it a civil rights investigation over Smith admitting a transgender student.

They're investigating that as an act of sex discrimination against women.

Smith started admitting trans women in 2015.

And they're suing the New York Times for not promoting a white male to a deputy editor position.
