talk to you about the tree of life. No, I'm not talking about the crown jewel of Disney's

and we will. This is one of two very special trees that the Lord introduces us to in the

book of Genesis. So let's take a trip back to the Garden of Eden. God had created just this

incredible paradise where he literally walked with man. It was heaven on earth.

There was no pain. There was no sin, no hate. This place was completely perfect. And there was only

one resident at the point that God laid out the ground rules, this guy named Adam. Adam was the

first person to ever live and he was given a job to do. He was a farmer.

He was personally responsible for working the incredible land that God had provided him.

The man was commanded that he was able to eat of every tree of the garden any fruit he wants

except the tree of the knowledge of good and evil. For in the day that he eats of that

tree, Adam would surely die. Then the Lord looked at Adam and determined that it wasn't good form

to be all by himself. So God created every form of animal, every critter, every beast of the field, birds, everything, and brought all of these animals to Adam so that he could name them.
