This week, in the conclusion of our series on the spectrum of trauma, Dan is joined by Dr.

Angela Parker, Assistant Professor of Biblical Studies at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology.

Dan and Dr. Parker discuss a particular form of trauma

that is often dismissed as insignificant,

microaggressions that are born out of racism, bias,

and prejudice toward others.

Well, it's my privilege to be with both a peer,

a colleague and a friend, and a new, shall we say, Bible theology,

presence at the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, Angela.

It's so good to be with you and for the privilege of being able to invite you to talk about

trauma.

But first of all, just, I would love people to actually get a sense of,

you know, who are you, what do you do?

And eventually I want to ask, what, you're just finishing pretty close to your first year here.

So I want to step into that in a moment, but just so people have a sense of who are you?
